ESPN and Netflix – 2020

ESPN Films and Netflix teamed up with MSM on The Last Dance, a 10-part documentary series about basketball icon Michael Jordan that premiered April 19, 2020.

Directed by Jason Hehir (The Fab Five, The ’85 Bears, Andre the Giant) and executive produced by Mike Tollin, the series chronicles the simultaneous rise of Jordan and the Chicago Bulls and the popularity of the NBA during the 1990s.

“The Last Dance” set multiple viewership records for ESPN and went on to win numerous awards, including both a Sports Emmy and a Primetime Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series.
